Winnie is passionate about real estate with over a decade of experience as an investor and developer. As an avid investor, she understands the importance of being tax efficient at asset disposition, thus has focused on passive real estate investment strategies suitable for 1031 and 1033 exchanges. Her prior roles included working as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Winnie received her bachelor's degrees (B.S. in Accounting, B.S. in Asian Studies) and her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a CPA and a CFA® charterholder. charterholder.
