Mehdi specializes in working with landlords to explore strategies that help his clients defer taxes, diversify their real estate holdings, and eliminate management responsibilities. He has transacted more than $300M in net lease investment sales throughout the Country. Mehdi strives to provide his clients all the necessary information that is required to make informed decisions about their real estate investments.
Mehdi holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from USF School of Law. He is a licensed CA real estate agent and maintains his Series 22 and 63 securities registration.
